How Our Open & Lock-Up Service Works

We keep things straightforward:

1. Getting to Know Your Site

We start with a friendly walk-through of your premises. We get to know your access points, routines and any specific instructions you need us to follow.

2. Opening Up

If you need the building opened at 04:30, 06:00, or any time that suits your workforce, we’ll be there. We switch off alarms, unlock the building and make sure it’s safe and ready for the day.

3. Supervised Access

Got a contractor coming in early? Staff arriving out of hours? Deliveries at awkward times?
We handle it. Our team can supervise entry and make sure everything remains secure.

4. Secure Lock-Up

At the end of the day, we’ll return to lock up, check the site, secure all access points, reset alarms and ensure everything’s safe before we leave.

5. Overnight Protection

Because we’re also your keyholder, we deal with any alarms or incidents through the night. No calls waking you up. No staff put at risk.
