PatrolGuard use a cloud guard tour monitoring system to manage your patrols. It produces reports as evidence of our patrol visits. The software system we use for reporting is ‘QR Patrol’ and is included as part of our service. More information can be found on our QR patrol page.

What happens if we find something while out on Patrol?

If any incidents or faults are found, these will be documented and emailed to you the following working day and if suitable with a recomendation. If there is an incident/fault that requires immediate action, our Officer will contact one of your named key holders to notify them of the situation.
