How did you cope with the heatwave at the end of May?
The bank holiday weekend brought unprecedented temperatures – but the weather wasn’t the only thing breaking records.
On Monday 25 May, we had our record number of callouts in a 12-hour shift – 19 individual calls with one site experiencing 32 separate alarm activations!
During hot weather, we often see an increase in activations due to electrical malfunctions or insects flying around the sensors.
At best, it’s a nuisance and, at worst, it’s a nightmare. Get covered today and avoid getting caught out in our next heatwave!
