With Covid-19, we have all had to adapt, and quickly. Businesses have had to adapt even quicker than in any other year. According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS), from April 2020, 49.2% of the UK’s workers became home-based. We certainly know what this is like. Our office staff are on a rota base system where they at least work 2/3 days a week at home minimalizing contact at the office.
