PatrolGuard - Who we are?
Who is PatrolGuard?
PatrolGuard is a Warwickshire-based mobile security service, providing a comprehensive range of key holding, alarm response, mobile patrol and night services - 24 hours a day / 365 days a year throughout Coventry and Warwickshire.
When did PatrolGuard start?
Starting 2008, we’ve been providing protection and response services for residential and commercial properties in Coventry, Warwick and surrounding areas. Security Services offering Keyholding, Patrols, Locking and Unlocking in Coventry, Warwickshire, Stratford Upon Avon & Leamington Spa.
What Service do you provide and what are they?
Alarm Response: Alarm Response is a service put in place to respond to alarm activations at your business premises, while you rest easy at night.
Keyholding: Key Holding is, quite simply, a key holding service which works to increase security, save you time and money and give you (and your employees) peace of mind.
Mobile Patrols: Mobile patrols are randomly timed internal and external foot patrols put in place to help protect your business. A more cost-effective solution than a static security guard, mobile patrols can take place day and/or night, 365 days a year. We even cover empty properties.
Open and Lockups: Opening and locking up your building, making sure everything is safe and secure so your employees don’t have too.
How much is your service?
PatrolGuard Keyholding and alarm response service works out to be £1 per day or in simply terms £365 + VAT per annum per set of keys. There is a callout charge of £35.00 + VAT if we respond to an alarm. We also have an option for monthly direct debit if that helps. Please speak to us about any patrols and lock-ups you require.
What area do you cover?
Coventry and Warwickshire or anything within the CV postcode district. Even though from time to time we do take work outside of our area, it still has to be roughly 20 minutes for us to provide a good response time to comply with police guidelines.

So what happens when you sign up for our services? How long does it take? We take a look at the journey from initial enquiry to handing over your keys
Do you respond to fire alarms? The answer is ‘yes’! As part of a key holding and response service, we’ll attend and deal with a fire alarm system activation. Do you respond to CCTV activations? Of course! If you want this set-up simply ask. We’ll attend and deal with CCTV activations as part of a key holding and response. What happens if my business is broken into? If we attend your business property and find that it has been broken into, we’ll contact the Police right away and see what we need to do to cure the site. If required, we’ll contact you and remain on site until you arrive or if you are happy with our suggested action, we will start putting it in place. Do you supply an incident report following an attendance? Yes, we will leave a written report of the activation to advise what happened, what we did on site, how we resolved it and if there is any further action to be taken. Can you randomly visit to check on my property during night-time hours or at the weekend to make sure it’s secure? Yes, we can arrange for that to happen. One of our guards can attend your property during night-time hours or at the weekend to act as a visible deterrent to anyone watching your property. We can do this as many times as you need and pay per visit. We can do external or internal patrols. Check windows, doors and do our foot patrols as many times as you like.
